By using ZOIPI AI you agree to these terms. If you submit a tool, post a review, or buy a sponsored placement, the sections below apply to you specifically.

1. The directory

ZOIPI AI lists AI tools, MCP servers and related resources for information purposes. We are not affiliated with the tools we list unless explicitly stated. Listings are provided "as is", availability and pricing change often, and you should verify details on the vendor's own site before buying.

2. Submitting a tool

You may only submit a tool you own or are authorised to represent, and the information you provide must be accurate and not misleading. Every submission is reviewed manually and we may approve, edit, reject or later remove any listing at our discretion.

Submitting requires consent to receive operational emails about that submission (confirmation, approval, rejection, missing details, badge verification, listing changes). Newsletter and product-update emails are separate and optional: the box is unticked by default and you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your listing.

Review tracks. The Priority track targets a 24–48 hour review and requires a working Zoipi badge on the page URL you provide; we check that page automatically and may move the submission to the standard queue if the badge is missing or later removed. The Standard track is reviewed within roughly three weeks. Both tracks are free and neither guarantees a listing.

You keep ownership of your brand, logo and copy, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on ZOIPI AI and in related promotional material while the listing is live.

3. Reviews and discussion

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. No paid, incentivised, competitor-sabotage or self-promotional reviews, no personal data about other people, no unlawful, hateful or infringing content. All reviews are moderated before publication and we may remove any contribution. Your review name and text become public; your email address does not.

4. Advertising and sponsored placements

Some placements, including Editor's Choice slots, category sponsorships and sponsored articles, are paid. We label them and use standard outbound link practices. Paid placement never buys a fake rating or a fabricated review, and editorial commentary stays our own.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service, submit spam or duplicate listings, attempt to bypass moderation or authentication, or misuse our public API endpoints. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic. Our data may be referenced with attribution and a link back to ZOIPI AI; wholesale republication of the database is not permitted.

6. Liability

ZOIPI AI is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of a listed tool, from inaccurate listing information, or from downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Data protection

How we handle personal data, the legal bases we rely on, retention periods and your GDPR rights are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
