Send all copyright notices exclusively to our designated agent:

Zoipi β€” DMCA Agent
Email: dmca@zoipi.com

Dover, DE 19904, United States

Notices sent to other addresses, including contact@zoipi.com, may not be processed as DMCA notices.

2. Filing a takedown notice

A valid notice must include all six of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on Zoipi where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f).

3. Counter-notice procedure

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@zoipi.com containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Delaware) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

We may remove listings and terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
